Rules & Regulations

Our park is an upscale community and the following rules are intended to maintain that look and feel for all of our guests

Reservations, Arrivals and Departures:

  1. Check-in is available from 12 pm to 7 pm. If you can not arrive during our check-in times please consider changing your travel dates. Of course we understand uncontrollable events can delay your arrival. We ask that you contact us should a delay occur.
  2. Check-out time is at 11 am.
  3. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call at least 24 in advance of your arrival date to avoid a 1 night cancellation fee.
  4. Long-term reservations are metered and charged for electricity at $0.14/kwh.
  5. A $100 deposit is required for all long-term reservations to hold your site. At the end of your stay your deposit is applied to your final electrical meter reading. If you cancel your long-term reservation within 30 days of your arrival date this deposit will NOT be refunded.
  6. No refunds for early departures.
  7. Any property or personal items remaining in the premises shall be presumed abandoned by Guest. Owner/employee/agents Disposal fees will be billed to and the responsibility of the Guest.
  8. Please understand for daily or weekly reservations we cannot guarantee specific sites.

RV and Site Appearance:

  1. All RV’s / campers must be self-contained, no more than 20 years old, clean, well maintained and all parts in good working order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and/or condition. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis by management.
  2. All vehicles including (RV/camper) must be in good operational condition without any leaking fluids and have current registration, license plates and insurance. All vehicles including RV’s/campers must be in compliance with all state and local laws, statutes and ordinances.
  3. Sewer/Gray water hoses should be kept in an accordion and MUST have sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gas from escaping.
  4. To keep our sewer lines working properly, do NOT flush paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, “flushable wipes”, sanitary wipes, feminine products, condoms, needles, food, grease, etc. Any black or gray water spills should be reported to the office immediately!
  5. Small personal charcoal or gas grills are allowed (pending fire bans).
  6. NO wood-burning fire pits allowed on site. Propane fire pits only!
  7. Your site must be litter and clutter free.
  8. No tents allowed. Do NOT drive stakes into the grass.
  9. No storage units, out buildings, decks, fences, structures or clothes-lines allowed on site.
  10. RV SKIRTING is only allowed from November 1 through March 31. Skirting must be securely attached and the visible portion must be a quality finish material (not insulation), compatible with RV that looks good. Management has the absolute right to reject any skirting that does not meet all these criteria.

Parking and Vehicles:

  1. No type of mechanical repair, whether to vehicle or RV, is allowed without prior approval.
  2. RV and vehicle washing is allowed. $20 RV Wash / $5 Vehicle Wash
  3. RV’s must be positioned within designated parking area.
  4. NO PARKING in vacant sites. Parking in vacant sites will result in being charged the daily rate / and or the vehicle being towed.
  5. Must have your own tow vehicle for your RV.


Pet/Animal Rules:

  1. Quiet pets are welcome. Good behavior is required. Constant or excessive barking will result in a warning. If the behavior continues your site Agreement will be terminated.
  2. All pets / animals are to be on a leash, at all times while outside of the RV. Animals are not to be left unattended outside the RV. This includes cats!
  3. Pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations.
  4. Immediately clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Dog waste stations are available in the dog walk area and next to the dumpsters. Failure to do so will result in a warning, then a $100 fine for each instance. If the behavior continues your site Agreement will be terminated.
  5. Pet enclosures must be approved by the office/management.
  6. Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms, laundry room or pavilion.


General Rules:

  1. Quiet hours are from 10 pm. - 7 am. Lighting which impacts the community, and your neighbors must be off during quiet hours.
  2. All buildings are non-smoking facilities. This includes the pavilion, restrooms, showers, laundry and the office.
  3. Children under the age of 12 years old are required to be under adult supervision and must be accompanied in the buildings at all times.
  4. Speed limit is 10 mph in the park. This is a safety, liability and quiet enjoyment issue which we take very seriously. Repeated offenses will result in ejection from the park.
  5. Trash - please bag and seal all of your garbage. Do NOT leave any trash outside of your RV at any time! We have two dumpsters for your use. The following items are NOT allowed in the dumpsters; any hazardous materials (grease, oil, paint, antifreeze), furniture (mattresses, sofas, etc.), electronics (TV’s, computers, monitors, etc.), any skirting materials, appliances (microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) You must dispose of these items outside of the park. Dumpsters are for household trash only! ALL BOXES must be broken down.
  6. We ask that all cigarette butts be disposed of appropriately and not thrown on the ground.
  7. Packages and postal service mail pieces are accepted. Please use our mailing address and include your name and site number. All boxes must be broken down. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine per box. Multiple offenses will result in revocation of mail / package services.
  8. Our site agreement is with you only. It is not transferable; you may not have others living with you who are not covered under our agreement.
  9. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or cash. NO personal checks accepted. No exceptions.
  10. Fireworks, sparklers and any type of explosives are prohibited.
  11. Guests and visitors will be held liable for any damage to buildings, grounds, lots, water hydrants or electrical meters due to their actions. Obnoxious or offensive activity, excessive noise, language, interference with other guests, disturbing the peace and willful or careless destruction of property in any manner will result in termination of our agreement.
  12. If law enforcement authorities are called to your site for any reason, you may be required to vacate the park immediately.
  13. Centennial RV Park is covered by video surveillance for security purposes.
  14. Centennial RV Park owners, agents, and management are not responsible for injury, loss or claims for any damages to guests, children, pets or property from fire, electric, water, wind, weather, theft, accidents or any other cause.
  15. Centennial RV Park reserves the right to change the rules and site fees without notice.
